My take on bruschetta(Pronounced as Bru – Sketa). Easy and simple snack or starter.
According to my knowledge the classic bruschetta has crusty bread, garlic, olive oil and bit salt.

My bruschetta has vegetables, salt, pepper, olive oil and loads of cheese.

Ingredients:

  1. One Onion
  2. One big Tomato
  3. One Pepper
  4. Sea Salt and Pepper to season
  5. Olive oil
  6. Grated Cheese
  7. Baguette

Method:

Chop all the vegetables into small pieces and put them in a bowl.
Now crush some sea salt and pepper into the bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
Now cut the baguette into slices and layer with veggie mixture on top it up with cheese.
Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 180 degree for couple of minutes until cheese melts.

Your snack is ready to be eaten.

Note:

  1. You can add garlic. (I did this version as well)
  2. You can add Balsamic vinegar
  3. You can add meats
  4. Use your imagination and make your own.
