Ingredients:

1 cup plain flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cups milk
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 egg

Method:

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl with out any lumps. Heat the pan with little bit of butter or just use nonstick(which I do) and pour with small cup in centre and let it spread. Cook it for some time and when you see the bubbles forming on top of the pancake flip it using your chef skills or just use spatula. Cook other side and ready to be served with maple syrup, whipped cream or even nutella spread. YUM!

Note:

  1. You can add fruits to batter before cooking as well.
