I love fried rice and I eat a lot. There are lot of variations to cook fried rice but this is very simple and easy to cook
which you can try.
Ingredients:
Cooked rice – One Cup
Ginger Sliced – 1 tea spoon
Garlic Sliced – 1 tea spoon
Scrambled eggs – 3
Vegetables – Because it is simple fried rice we are using only spring onions
Soy sauce – 2 table spoon (add more if you need at the end)
Oil – 2 spoons
Salt & Pepper as per taste
Method:
Put some oil in the wok on a high heat. When the oil is hot put ginger garlic and saute for few minutes until raw flavor is gone.
Now add scrambled eggs and cooked rice into the wok and put some soy sauce, black pepper and salt.
Mix well all together and cook for few minutes and top it up with spring onion.
Serve and enjoy hot and delicious fried rice. Volaaaaaa 🙂
Note:
- To spice it up add hot chilli sauce(which I do all the time)
- You can also add other vegetables like ( carrots, peas, onions etc)
- Instead of oil you can use butter.
- You can also add cooked meat(chicken, prawns etc)
- Add more soy sauce at the end if you need more.
